On Friday, October 3, 2025, I, Deputy Pye responded to 1991 Broad Street in reference to an assault.

Upon arrival, Deputies and investigators made contact with [VICTIM #1] (victim). [VICTIM #1] stated on the listed date, he was in the area of Curry Street at Broad Street. [VICTIM #1] stated that an unknown black male by the name of Dominique Ellis drove up to him in a white Tahoe and shot him. [VICTIM #1] stated the suspect vehicle fled the area. [VICTIM #1] was transported to 1120 15th Street (WellStar ER) for medical treatment.
