On May 28, 2026, at 2332 hrs, I, Deputy Dana Taylor/334, responded to [200 BLOCK] Victoria Dr in reference to an Assault.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1] (Victim), who stated that his roommate, Dustin Brzozowski (Primary Agg), assaulted him. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brzozowski showed up at the residence with his girlfriend’s aunt, [REDACTED] (NOD), and kicked in the door to the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brzozowski entered the residence with a knife, threatening, cursing, and yelling at him, blaming [VICTIM #1] for Brzozowski’s girlfriend being taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation earlier in the day. [VICTIM #1] stated that [REDACTED] pushed him into the kitchen, telling him to sit down in a chair. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brzozowski attacked him with the butt of the knife, hitting him in the back of his head when he went to shield himself.

[VICTIM #1] stated that during the attack, Brzozowski kept yelling something about “Ghostface”. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brzozowski took the listed items and smashed them. [VICTIM #1] stated that Brzozowski took his cell phone and smashed it when he attempted to call 911. [VICTIM #1] stated that after the assault, both Brzozowski and [REDACTED] left the scene.

I observed a red knot in the back of [VICTIM #1]’s head from being struck with the butt of the knife.

Brzozowski was not on scene to provide a statement.

[VICTIM #1] was provided a case card.

Sgt Stephen Brown in CID was contacted, and Warrants were applied for. [REDACTED] in Records was notified.
