On 122725 at 0122 hours Deputy Madisen Emerson responded to [700 BLOCK] Hall Street in reference to an aggravated assault.

Upon arrival, I spoke to Felicia Hadden (victim/girlfriend) who stated Akeem Drayton (suspect/boyfriend) came to the above location in a pickup truck (NOD) and started a verbal altercation which turned physical. Hadden stated Drayton shot her black in color 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander (GA Tag: [REDACTED]) multiple times causing damage to the left rear door and front left tire.

Hadden stated [VICTIM #1] (victim) was located in the rear left seat of the vehicle and [VICTIM #2] (victim/nephew) was located in the front passenger seat at time of incident. Hadden stated she was outside the vehicle during the time of incident. Hadden stated [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] fled the scene on foot in a unknown direction prior to deputies arriving at the above location.

While on scene, I spoke to [VICTIM #1] via telephone who stated she was unable to return to the scene for unknown reasons. [VICTIM #1] stated she was located in the rear left seat of the vehicle during the time of incident. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not know Drayton prior to incident but witness a black male (NOD) shoot the listed vehicle and residence.

[VICTIM #1] stated a bullet grazed her foot during the incident but she did not receive injuries. [VICTIM #1] stated she left the scene on foot prior to deputies arriving at the above location. Additionally, I spoke to [VICTIM #2] via telephone who stated he did not want to be involved regarding the incident.

Deputies investigation showed the listed vehicle having multiple bullet holes to the left rear door and a bullet in the rim of the front tire causing it to deflate. No shell casings were not recovered on the scene. Video footage was captured from [700 BLOCK] Hall Street showing no incident occurred at the above location.

After further questioning, Hadden stated she was in the vehicle at time of incident and the incident occurred near Meadowbrook. Hadden continued to recant statements involving the incident. [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] were not forthcoming with information.
