On 0315/2026 at 1358hrs, Deputy Nicholas Toskins (Car 225) and I, Deputy GIlbert Lopez (Car 222) responded to [2300 BLOCK] Winston Way, Augusta, GA, in reference to a domestic with shots fired.

Upon our arrival, we located Mr. [VICTIM #1] seated on the front porch with a gunshot wound to his left elbow. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Forevea Reeves and Mr. [REDACTED] were arguing with his girlfriend, Ms. [REDACTED], in the living room when Ms. Reeves produced a firearm. Mr. [VICTIM #1] reported that Ms. Reeves and Ms. [REDACTED] began struggling over the weapon, and when he attempted to intervene, the firearm discharged, striking him in the left elbow.

Deputy Toskin and I entered the residence to clear the scene and locate Ms. Reeves and the firearm. We found Ms. Reeves sitting on the steps just inside the doorway without the weapon. Ms. Reeves stated that the firearm had been placed in her upstairs bedroom. I located a black S&W M&P Shield .380 (Serial # REP2804) in the top drawer of Ms. Reeves’ dresser and secured the firearm. The weapon was placed on Property Receipt #549704.

Ms. Reeves, Ms. [REDACTED], and Mr. [REDACTED] were detained in separate vehicles until CID arrived on scene. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was transported to Wellstar for treatment of his injuries.

Upon CID’s arrival, the investigation was turned over to their unit.
