[NARRATIVE #1 on April 20, 2026]
Approximately 0155 hours, a vehicle arrived at WellStar Hospital in reference to a walk-up gunshot victim stemming from an incident that occurred in front of [1800 BLOCK] Tubman Home Road. Deputies Alton Miller, Darella Johnson, and Sgt. Desmond Wells responded to (WellStar). Deputy Leona Moore went to Piedmont Hospital.
The investigation revealed that two individuals were involved: Mr. Giovanni Rodriguez (DOB [REDACTED]), who sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to Piedmont Hospital, and Mr. [VICTIM #1], who arrived at WellStar Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
Witness [WITNESS #1] (DOB [REDACTED]) drove to the hospital in vehicle [REDACTED], a 2026 KIA K4. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that Rodriguez, the father of Ms. [WITNESS #1]’s child, was waiting at her residence for her to return with [VICTIM #1], whom she described as a friend. [WITNESS #1] stated Rodriguez heard a male in the back ground and got upset. Further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.

On April 20th, 2026, at approximately 0650hrs, Deputy Jordan Walker responded to Wellstar MCG in reference to picking up Evidence.
Upon arrival, Deputy Walker obtained a bullet fragment that was removed during surgery and transported it to Inv. Brown in CID. The bullet fragment was documented on Property Receipt # 548394.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, I, Deputy Reginald Holcomb #223, made contact with the listed subject, who was in custody and receiving medical treatment at Piedmont Hospital for an injury he received during an incident.
