On 010526 at 1453 hours Deputy Madisen Emerson responded to [2300 BLOCK] McDowell Street in reference to indecency.

Upon arrival, I spoke to [VICTIM #1] (victim) who stated a unknown white male subject with dark short hair, facial hair, and an average built (NOD) was mast*rbating on his pedal bike in front of her USPS work truck. [VICTIM #1] stated he continued to follow her saying derogatory remarks. [VICTIM #1] stated the unknown white male subject fled on his pedal bike towards John Street. [VICTIM #1] stated she captured the indecency video footage on her cellular phone. [VICTIM #1] requested a report.

Deputies investigation showed video footage of the indecency which was captured on BWC. Deputies patrolled the area with negative result of the unknown white male subject.
