[NARRATIVE #1 on March 07, 2026]
On 3/7/26 I Deputy Ronald Blanson responded back out to [10 BLOCK] Dominion Way in reference to a noise complainant.
While in route to the call it was upgraded to a active shooting with one person down. While en route deputy observed multiple cars speeding back up towards Washington Rd. Once on scene deputy observed multiple juveniles in the area running from the scene. Deputy made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Jante Williams in the parking lot.
While patting them down and getting their statement. Deputy observed multiple shell casings in the parking lot next to a Jeep. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] statement as follows. I was in the bathroom washing my hands when I heard gunshots. I didn’t see who was shooting. End of statement.
Williams statement as follows. I was in kitchen along with others talking to the owner [VICTIM #1]. When someone started shooting. We all ran towards the bathroom, I did not see who was shooting. End of statement.
[VICTIM #1] statement as follows. I received a text from another neighbor. That the people renting my air bnb were throwing a party. I tried to make contact with the renter [REDACTED]. But he didn’t answer. I came over to my rental property and made contact with him.
I was talking to outside. I told him parties were not allowed and he along with everyone else had to leave. Kids started slowly leaving the residence. When someone screamed the police are here. That’s when someone started shooting.
I could see flashes coming from my left and it sounded like shots were coming from other directions. End of statement. When the crime scene was taped off deputies found a white Mercedes [REDACTED] GA with a broken back window. Deputy made contact with the owner [VICTIM #2] who was with her sister [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] advised deputies the male I had just spoken with had wrapped something up and hid it under the blue car in front of her residence.
I looked underneath the vehicle and observed a black hoodie under the vehicle. I went to remove it and felt there was something heavy in it. I was able to see a piece of metal inside the hoodie. I left the unknown item underneath the vehicle. I then detained Williams and brought him to my vehicle.
When I was putting him in the vehicle he freely stated is this about the gun? He also stated that it was not his it belonged to his brother and that the gun was clean. When the item was removed from the underneath the vehicle by investigators, it was a AR15 pistol with magazine. I spoke with [VICTIM #3] and [VICTIM #4]. [VICTIM #3], [VICTIM #4] and the infant [VICTIM #5] were in there home when a bullet damaged the windshield of his Dodge Charger [REDACTED].
Another bullet hit wood railing in front of the house. The second bullet hit the house went through the wall and came to a rest in the fireplace. Other deputies spoke with the other victims. [VICTIM #6] who was in bed when the shooting started. There was a bullet next to the top right of her window shutter.
[VICTIM #7] and [VICTIM #8] along with [VICTIM #9]. They were inside their residence. A bullet went through the wall were one was sleeping and continued through another wall where one was sitting in his gaming chair. Another bullet hole was found at [VICTIM #10]’s residence but he was not home at the time of the shooting. The bullet hole was between the steps and the window.
Investigation was captured on body worn cameras and scene was turned over to CID.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 07, 2026]
On March 07, 2026 at 2154 hours I, Deputy Amanda Donald along with multiple other Deputies responded to [10 BLOCK] Dominion Way in reference to an aggravated assault.
Upon investigation, Wesley Cummings was detained and transported to 400 Walton Way to speak with Investigators regarding the situation. When Cummings was searched, he had approximately 14 grams of a green leafy substance, possibly marijuana, located in his pocket in a clear plastic bag. The substance was turned into the DV drug locker for destruction under property receipt #543366.
All further investigation regarding the aggravated assault was handled under the original case report and turned over to CID.

On 030826 Sergeant William Smith was dispatched to Wellstar ER Room C1 to collect a projectile fragment that was recovered from Wesley Cummings. The projectile fragment was logged on to Property Receipt #528944, and then turned over to Inv Hambrick 730.

On March 10, 2026, I, Deputy Crystal Battle, Unit 213, was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Indian Trail in reference to a supplemental report.
Upon arrival on scene, I made contact with [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated that he reviewed his residential security cameras and observed footage of approximately three unknown subjects running past his residence shortly after a shooting that occurred on March 7, 2026, a couple of blocks away from his residence.
