On June 10, 2026, at 1747 hours, Investigator Johnny Snyder along with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and Crime Suppression Team conducted a Search Warrant at 954 Fifth Street Room [REDACTED] Augusta, Georgia (Budgetel Inn & Suites) in reference to a search warrant.
Investigators arrived to the room and announced Sheriff’s Office. After making entry into the room, Inv Snyder observed someone flee into the bathroom. Inside of the bathroom, six (6) individuals were seen. Three of those being small children in the bathtub. Inv Snyder also observed one of the males, later identified as Bromkius Haynes, stuffing something into his pants. As the individuals were being detained and escorted out of the bathroom, Inv Snyder observed the toilet running as if it was just flushed, potentially discarding evidence. The other two males were identified as Javaris Jackson and Rayon Jackson. The three small children were identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (5), [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (7), and [REDACTED BY AGENCY](6).
Investigators conducted their search. The search of Haynes’s person produced a dollar bill with approximately .5 grams of Cocaine stuffed into his crotch area, found by Inv Boyd. By the bathroom sink, Inv Snyder located a plastic bag containing approximately 3.5 grams of marijuana, a pill bottle made out to Robert T Farmer which contained approximately 8 grams of Amphetamine pills (33 Tablets),a piece of wrapped up tin foil which contained approximately 1.3 grams of methamphetamine, a black container with approximately 11.2 grams of fentanyl, and other items related to narcotic distribution, such as plastic bags, a digital scale, spoons, baking soda, and straws. Inside of the drawer located next to the bed was a Smith and Wesson SD4CVE with a serial number of HEX3480 which came back stolen through Aiken County and a bag of ammunition. Behind the drawer were 954 Fifth Street, Augusta Georgia. On the table in the room was documents made out to Javaris Jackson to more tin foil, narcotic residue, and digitals scales. There was also a Pringles can which contained approximately 28.3 grams of Fentanyl, found by Inv Snyder.
Bromkius Haynes was confirmed through records to be a convicted felon, with a conviction date through the Richmond County Superior Court on 03-21-2025 for Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana. Javaris Jackson was also a convicted felon, with a conviction of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender/ Failure to Comply with Requirements/ Provide False Information on 07-20-2011 through the Richmond County Superior Court. Inv Snyder field tested the narcotics, which all came back positive for their respective tests, and were sent to the GBI lab for further testing.
