On Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 2310 hours, I, Deputy Omar Graham (312), responded to Doctors Hospital in reference to a reported rape that occurred at 1301 New Savannah Road (FPL Foods).
Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] (Victim), who stated that at approximately 1200 to 1230 hours, she was cleaning her office at FPL Foods. [VICTIM #1] stated that while returning a container of degreaser to the cleaning storage area, which was located next to her manager’s office, her manager, Jesus Hernandez (Suspect), turned off the lights, grabbed her from behind, lifted her, and carried her into an adjacent room located within his office.
[VICTIM #1] stated that Hernandez then bent her over a wooden table inside the room, held her down, removed her pants, and inserted his p*nis into her v*gina. [VICTIM #1] stated that she repeatedly told Hernandez to stop and attempted to push him away but was unable to do so.
[VICTIM #1] stated that Hernandez told her, “You know you want this.”
[VICTIM #1] further stated that Hernandez said, “Oh sh*t, I forgot a condom.” [VICTIM #1] stated that while continuing to hold her down with one arm, Hernandez retrieved a condom from somewhere on his person, put it on, and then proceeded to reinsert his p*nis into her v*gina.
[VICTIM #1] stated that there was no one nearby at the facility who she believed would have been able to hear what occurred.
[VICTIM #1] described Hernandez as a Hispanic male with a darker complexion, approximately 6’04” tall and approximately 180 pounds. [VICTIM #1] was unable to provide any further details regarding Hernandez’s physical appearance, address or phone number.
[VICTIM #1] was provided with a case number and advised of available services and left with Doctors Hospital medical staff for evaluation.
The case and all additional information were turned over to RCSO CID Investigator Charlie Walker (702) for further investigation.
