On 10202025 at 0007 hours I Deputy Donnie Blackmon responded to [2400 BLOCK] Luxembourg Dr in reference to sexual battery.

Upon arrival I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (victim) who stated she lives with her mother [REDACTED] (complainant) and they have a roommate Jordan Williams (suspect arrested). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on September 30th 2025 Williams messaged her on facebook to come upstairs where his room is. While upstairs Williams requested [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sit on his lap. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sat down on his lap and that’s when “he reached up under my skirt and started rubbing my butt” [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained.

DFAC’s supervisor [REDACTED] was notified of the incident so they could report the incident and form a safety plan. Investigator Trivia Hardy (728) arrived on scene and took statements from [REDACTED]. Hardy also gathered a statement from Williams and made the decision we needed to transport Williams to RCJ. I Deputy Donnie Blackmon spoke with CICC and reported the incident with them.

The incident was turned over to Investigator Hardy (728).
