[NARRATIVE #1 on October 06, 2025]

On 100625, at 1411, I, Cpl. John Scott (C23), responded to 3036 Peach Orchard Rd. (Dollar General) in reference to a sexual battery.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1], who stated that she was shopping inside the store, near the south side of the business, when a black male (510/ 200, balding, stocky build, about 40 YOA), who appeared to be a Frito-Lay employee, brushed up against her from behind and grabbed her buttocks.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she followed the subject outside, and when she confronted him, he stated that he accidentally brushed up against her. She stated the subject then got into his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that she tried to block the subject from leaving the parking lot, but could not. She stated that she got the tag and vehicle description (Dodge, white, Frito-Lay delivery truck, GA [REDACTED]).

I attempted to get a video from the store, but an employee there stated that only the manager (who would not be in until the next morning) had access to it. [VICTIM #1] stated she wishes to prosecute if the suspect is determined.

BWC was activated and tagged for this call.

***On 100725, at 0839, Dep. Brandon Gladmon (228) was dispatched to the same location after the victim called again. Deputy Gladmon did a supplement to this report after viewing the surveillance video. At 1048 (same date), I attempted to locate the suspect at 1713 N Leg Rd. (Frito-Lay Augusta Distribution Center, according to Google), but discovered that the distribution center was no longer located there.

BWC was also activated and tagged for the follow-up.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 07, 2025]

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, I Deputy Brandon Gladmon (228) responded to Dollar General (3036 Peach Orchard Rd., Augusta, GA) in reference to a follow up regarding a sexual assault that occurred on 10/06/2025.

Upon arrival I made contact with the [VICTIM #1] (complainant) who stated that the store manager had the video ready to review. I made contact with the store manager and was able to review the video footage. I observed a bald Black male (wearing a yellow shirt) walk past Ms. [VICTIM #1] and pinch her buttocks before continuing past her.
