On Friday, June 6th, 2025 at 1830 hours. I Deputy Montell Walton (322) responded to the listed address in reference to shots fired.
Upon arrival, I met [WITNESS #1] at [3600 BLOCK] Alene Circle (Witness) whereas she stated that today at approximately 1800 hours she overheard her neighbors at [3600 BLOCK] Alene Circle arguing. She stated that shortly afterwards a black male ran out of the house and asked her to call his grandmother due to him having been stabbed inside the residence. [WITNESS #1] stated that she did not want anything to do with the situation and advised that she did not call. She then stated that approximately 10 minutes later the mother of the subject, [VICTIM #1] (Victim) arrived at the residence in a black, NISSAN ARMADA (GA Tag [REDACTED]). [WITNESS #1] stated that shortly afterwards she observed a [WITNESS #1] FORD Mustang (Unknown tag) arrived at the residence before parking in front of her residence. She then stated that she observed a black female at the residence point a gun towards the Nissan before firing 2 shots towards the vehicle. She then stated that she ran into the house along with her children to avoid being struck by gunfire.
Deputy Cameron Brownlee (330) responded to [2400 BLOCK] Lisbon Road in reference to a damaged vehicle possibly involved in the incident. The vehicle appeared to have been struck by gunfire due to the shattered window and projectile strikes to the vehicle. There was also a 9 mm shell casing located on the roof of the vehicle. This vehicle was occupied by 4 subjects; [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #2] (Victim), [VICTIM #3] (Victim), and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim). While on the scene, [VICTIM #3] had appeared to have been struck by shrapnel from the projectile strikes whereas he was transported to Wellstar for treatment.
[VICTIM #1] stated she was contacted to pick up her son [VICTIM #2] and advised that when she arrived on Alene Circle, an unknown black female subject at [3600 BLOCK] Alene Circle came outside yelling at her. She stated that the female tried to get in front of her car and pointed a firearm at her. She stated that she tried to drive away and the female shot twice at her vehicle. She then stated that she left the scene and returned to her residence to contact deputies in reference to the incident.
Photos of the damages were captured and uploaded via Axon. At the time of the call there were no residential properties damaged. CID responded to the scene where all information was turned over to them.
