On 042225 at 0334 hours, I Deputy C.Purcell was dispatched to [1900 BLOCK] Harvest Point apt. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to an assault.

Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] (victim), who stated that she was raped. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and [WITNESS #1] (other) went to [1900 BLOCK] Harvest Point apt. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [WITNESS #2] house. [VICTIM #1] stated that it was her, [WITNESS #1], [WITNESS #2], and an unknown black male that she never met. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were drinking and playing games. [VICTIM #1] stated after the games, [WITNESS #1] and the unknown black male went to the store to buy more alcohol. [VICTIM #1] stated that [WITNESS #1] and the unknown black male returned and started having intercourse in the guest bedroom. [VICTIM #1] states she asked [WITNESS #2] if she could shower because it was hot. [VICTIM #1] stated that [WITNESS #2] said to use the shower in the master bedroom. [VICTIM #1] stated that [WITNESS #1] came in to shower with her while she was in the shower. [VICTIM #1] stated that [WITNESS #1] got out of the shower while she stayed there. [VICTIM #1] stated that the unknown black male came into the bathroom undressed to get in the shower with her. [VICTIM #1] stated that the unknown black male pulled her by her butt while she was in the shower. [VICTIM #1] stated she told him no and told him to get out of the shower. [VICTIM #1] stated she continued to shower after he left; once she was done, she took a towel, wrapped it around herself, and went into the kitchen to drink wine.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she saw [WITNESS #1] and the unknown male having intercourse again on the couch in the living room. [VICTIM #1] stated when they were done, the unknown male went into the guest bathroom, and [WITNESS #1] went somewhere else. [VICTIM #1] stated she sat on the couch, and the unknown male came into the living room to talk to her and to convince her to let him give her oral. [VICTIM #1] stated she told him no, and he started kissing her neck and collarbone area. [VICTIM #1] stated she told him to stop, and he grabbed her by her hands and pinned her down on the couch. [VICTIM #1] stated while she was pinned down, he used both his knees to pin her legs down and tried to penetrate her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was telling him no, and he ended up penetrating her. [VICTIM #1] stated she told him no loud where [WITNESS #1] came out and told him to stop. [VICTIM #1] stated he eventually stopped. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not know the unknown male who assaulted her. [VICTIM #1] stated she went into the room with [WITNESS #1], and [WITNESS #1] was dressing her.
