On 042426 at 2341 hrs, I, Lt. Eard Trimmingham, responded to 3204 Peach Orchard Rd (Walgreens), in reference a trespasser, who was pleasuring himself, while looking at the victim, [VICTIM #1].

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that a black male, was inside the business mast*rbating, while he was looking at her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that this was not the first time he had done this, but she just told him to leave and didn’t press charges.

[VICTIM #1] described the suspect as a black male, with gray beard, bald head, wearing a bright tee shirt and tan pants. Based on her description, the suspect was familiar to me, and identified as Maximilian Charles Childs, because he was taken into custody on 04/16/26 at the Waffle House for mast*rbating, while looking at a female employee inside the business (case# 26-078401).

During a search of the area, I located Childs sitting behind the business, consuming alcoholic beverages. When I asked what he was doing in the store, he replied “I do what I do” and “they tempting me”. Childs was then taken into custody. During a check of the area he was located, a pair of reading glasses, valued at $36.99 and a small bottle of Listerine, valued at $5.99, was found. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised those items belong to Walgreens. Childs was then committed to RCJ. Warrants secured.
