On Saturday October 25, 2025 at 2230 hours I, Deputy Terry Parks responded to [2300 BLOCK] Sumac Drive in reference to a GSW.

Upon arrival deputies made contact with (suspect) Nydreka Bryant who stated she shot (victim) [VICTIM #1].

While on scene deputies detained Bryant due to her stating she shot [VICTIM #1]. Deputies located [VICTIM #1] in the garage of the residence with a gun shot wound to his left leg. Deputies then located a shell casing in the kitchen area in front of the garage entry door and another in the main bedroom. Two live rounds were also located in the kitchen area of the residence in front of the entry way leading into the garage.

[VICTIM #1] was transported to MCG for his wounds by Central EMS and Bryant was transported to CID along with her two children (other) [REDACTED BY AGENCY] All evidence and the scene was turned over to CID.
