On Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 at 1707 hours Deputies with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to 3404 Deans Bridge Road (Advanced Auto Parts) in reference to numerous gunshot wound victims.

Upon arrival, Deputies located [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] all who had sustained at least one gunshot wound. EMS responded to the scene and transported [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the hospital for further care. The Richmond County Coroner’s Office was contacted and Deputy Coroner Christopher Langford responded to the scene. DC Langford pronounced [REDACTED BY AGENCY] deceased at 1805 hours.

Through the course of the investigation, [VICTIM #1] was located in the IGA parking lot (3355 Deans Bridge Road). [VICTIM #1]’ 2009 Mercedes-Benz was struck by gunfire. The front driver’s window of the vehicle was shot out while [VICTIM #1] was driving the vehicle, causing [VICTIM #1] to get cut by glass. Investigators were contacted and responded to the scene.
