On 02/26/2026 at approximately 2349 hours, I (Deputy Andrew Zimmer 410) was dispatched to [2500 BLOCK] Center West Pkwy apartment [REDACTED] in reference to multiple 911 calls. Dispatch advised the suspect was constantly calling, swearing and making threats to dispatchers.

Dispatch advised the unknown male called five times prior to my first arrival. After looking up the number I discovered it was recently used by the suspect (Quentin Ware) on January 10th 2026 to report an incident.

Upon arrival I located Mr Ware sitting in front of his apartment with alcohol. Mr Ware appeared intoxicated and agitated. Mr Ware stated he did not call 911 this evening, however, 911 was calling him. Mr Ware attempted to show me his recent phone call log however was unable to. I warned Mr Ware to stop calling 911 unless he had an emergency. Mr Ware responded by telling me again he was not calling 911 but receiving calls from 911.

Approximately 10 minutes later, dispatch advised me of another 911 call they received from Mr Ware. Mr Ware again claimed that dispatch was calling him. Mr Ware was arrested and transported to CBWDC. I requested the audio recordings of the 911 calls from dispatch.

The first 911 call which lasted approximately 3:36. Mr Ware could be heard speaking over the phone incoherently at first. Mr Ware sounded as if he was arguing with someone. Mr Ware was heard making statements such as, “b*tch a*s” and “you a b*tch.” Mr Ware was also heard threatening “if you call me back I gonna go to the house, if you call me back I’m gonna come to your house bruh.” Mr Ware continued to mumble his speech and then state, “Imma kill you.”

The second 911 call lasted approximately 0:57. Mr Ware could be heard stating that 911 just called him “2 minutes ago.” Mr Ware then continued to speak over the phone making unclear sentences with disorganized statements.

The third and final 911 call lasted approximately 1:17. Mr Ware again was heard speaking incoherent statements. Mr Ware was asked by the 911 operator if he had an emergency and stated that 911 was calling him. Mr Ware then told 911 to “get off the phone bruh.” The calltaker at the communications center advised me during this call while asking Mr Ware if he had an emergency, Mr Ware stated he’d “shoot them in the head.”

I was advised by dispatch that Mr Ware had called two additional times and was speaking incoherently. I uploaded all three 911 audio recordings to Evidence.com. Warrants were applied for and obtained. I advised [REDACTED] in records of the warrant.
