On June 9, 2026, at 0256 hours, officers responded to the 1100 block of Peters Road in reference to a domestic violence incident that had occurred.
Upon officer’s arrival, they located the victim, [VICTIM #1], who was found unresponsive and had suffered at least one puncture wound. The suspect, Terence De Miller, was detained on scene and transported to the Criminal Investigation Division. [VICTIM #1] was transported to Wellstar MCG Medical Center for treatment and later succumbed to her injuries. Doctor [REDACTED] pronounced [VICTIM #1] deceased at 0338 hours. Terence De Miller was later transported to Charles B. Webster Detention Center and committed to CBWDC.
