On 03/31/2025, at 2331 hours, I (Deputy Dakota Clark) along with Deputy Smith responded to 1052 Claussen Road Room [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic. On arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant, [WITNESS #1], who stated that she witnessed the suspect, Terrell Murray, forcing her daughter, [VICTIM #1], to perform oral sex on him.
[WITNESS #1] stated that she was in the bathroom when she heard strange noises coming from the living room. [WITNESS #1] stated that when she looked into the room, she observed Murray standing with his pe*is out and [VICTIM #1] kneeling in front of him. [WITNESS #1] stated that she then assaulted Murray and he quickly left the room. [WITNESS #1] stated that [VICTIM #1] is autistic and also non-verbal.
Sgt. Perkins was notified of the incident and CID was contacted to respond. The scene was turned over to investigators.
