On 09/01/2026 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to [REDACTED] for an eviction.

Upon my arrival I attempted to make entry through the front door, however the front door could not be opened as it was inoperable. I made my way to the rear door to find Tisheika Washington exiting the property in a pink house dress worn inside out and barefoot. Ms. Washington advised that it was only her and her son, 14 year old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] inside and that they were getting ready to leave. As I approached the door [REDACTED BY AGENCY] appeared barefoot carrying 5 month old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] out of the house.

I attempted to enter the house to perform a protective sweep, but could not make it pass the front door before I was met with the smell of rotten and decomposing food and trash, there was no walkable path with debris waist high in some areas with large piles of active maggots, flying and crawling insects in abundance. With stained mattresses laid in among the decay with no clear access to or from any area, literal trash children’s toys and cribs were barely distinguishable. My first attempt had to be abandoned due to the noxious odor.

Ms. Tisheika advised that she had 6 kids and had a previous Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) case (status unknown) for cruelty to children, when asked why [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not in school she advised he had a stomach ache, although the child appeared to be in good health. When I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when was the last time he was in school he was unsure.

Castle Pines management company advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not regularly attend school and was often seen breaking into trailers and running around outside during school hours.

A Centralized Child Intake Center (CCIC) report was made and (DCFS) investigator [REDACTED] arrived on scene to coordinate care for her 6 children, 3([REDACTED BY AGENCY] age 8,[REDACTED BY AGENCY] age 7,[REDACTED BY AGENCY] age 9) of which arrived home after school. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] age 3 was with a sitter. At least 4 prior CCIC reports were found since February 2026 until September 2026, along with multiple reports from Richmond County Sheriff Office.

I conducted a full walk through of Ms. Tisheika’s residence and observed a toilet that was filled with multiple layers of human feces; decaying food and trash were intertwined with sleeping mattresses, children’s toys and maggots. The front door was not operable as the inside door handle had been broken off, bathrooms sinks were filled with empty bottles of water and appeared to have not been used in some time based on the thick layer of dirt/dust. There was no clear walking path in any room to include the bathroom multiple items had to be traversed and most doors could either not be open fully or closed due to the volume of refuse littered through out.

Ms. Tisheika was searched for weapons, handcuffed checked for fit and double locked, taken into custody and transported to Charles B Webster Detention Center. Where she was charged with 6 counts of cruelty to children in the second degree warrant numbers CE-0179259, CE-0179260, CE-0179261, CE0179262, CE0179263, and CE-0179264 were obtained.

A Video walk through by Castle Pines property management was uploaded to axon. BWC activated, No Injuries reported.
