[NARRATIVE #1 on July 10, 2025]
On Tuesday (07-10-2025) at 1311 hours, I, Dep. R. Glenn, was working special duty at Walmart (3338 Wrightsboro Rd.) when I was notified about a shoplifter.
I met with the complainant, [WITNESS #1], who is a loss prevention officer at the store (Walmart). She stated that between 1200 and 1300 hours, she carefully observed the suspect, Tranesa Scott (suspect), with $266.00 worth of unpaid merchandise in her possession. [WITNESS #1] noted that the suspect attempted to evade all points of sale while trying to leave the store with the concealed items. The loss prevention team apprehended Scott as she exited the building and detained her in the exit hallway, where the stolen items were recovered. [WITNESS #1] confirmed that video surveillance captured the entire incident.
Scott was not taken to jail due to medical reasons; she indicated that she was experiencing complications related to her pregnancy, as she is eight months along. Central EMS was called to provide medical treatment for her.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 30, 2025]
On October 30, 2025, I, Deputy Tiyana Grimes (#324), and Cameron Brownlee (#330), were dispatched to [1900 BLOCK] Chester Ave (Residence) in reference to a Runaway Juvenile.
Upon arrival, we spoke to Tranesa Scott (Arrestee/Mother), who stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim/Juvenile) had left the residence on foot and didn’t know where he was. Scott stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left because they got into an argument about her drinking, and he left on foot.
When Scott was advised to get her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’ identifying information, she returned and stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was at a friend’s house. Scott was asked which friend and where the friend’s residence was. Scott stated she didn’t know where the friend’s residence was.
At that time, per Records, Scott had an active warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. While taking Scott into custody, she resisted and had to be carried. Scott also tried to prevent deputies from placing her in the patrol car. Scott was highly intoxicated. After being placed in a patrol car, Scott stated that her arm was injured. MED 28 was notified and responded.
While in the patrol unit, Scott stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] may or may not be in the residence. Per MED 28, while examining Scott, they located a fresh bite mark on her left shoulder. When Scott was asked about the bite mark, she declined to give a statement. While on scene, MED 28 cleared Scott of any injuries outside of the bite mark.
While on scene, Deputy Brownlee checked the residence for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and other juveniles residing there and made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he and Scott got into a verbal argument because of her drinking and being intoxicated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the verbal argument turned physical when Scott bit him on his back, and in an attempt to get her off, he bit Scott.
MED 28 examined [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on scene and located a bite mark on the side of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] back. No other injuries were located at that time. Sgt. Z. Williams (B-32), Inv. Brown (CID), and [REDACTED] (DFAC) were notified and responded on scene.
The case was turned over to CID.
