On 10/19/2025 Deputy Artaevus Harden and Deputy Ronald Blanson responded to Chuck E Cheese (3435 Wrightsboro Road) in reference to a indecent behavior call. Deputies made contact with several individuals outside of the Chuck E Cheese entrance to gather information about the situation.

Deputies spoke with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that the suspect approached her and pointed at her daughter [WITNESS #2]. The suspect then asked [WITNESS #1] was her and daughter close over and over. [WITNESS #1] stated that the suspect then went towards her daughter and began to follow her around and get very close to her. [WITNESS #1] stated that the suspect was behaving very strange.

Deputies spoke with [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] stated that she was in the game area when she noticed the suspect staring at her. [WITNESS #2] stated that he began to follow her around every where that she went. [WITNESS #2] stated at one point he got very close to her and it was a weird encounter but nothing happened outside of that.

Deputies spoke with [WITNESS #3]. [WITNESS #3] stated she observed the suspect being creepy and taking photos of her kids. [WITNESS #3] stated that she noticed the suspect staring at [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #3] stated that she alerted [WITNESS #1] and the staff of the suspects behavior.

Deputies spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she was the assistant manager of Chuck E Cheese. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was looking for the suspect inside of the store to address the concerns. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was with [VICTIM #2] when the suspect came through the entrance. [VICTIM #1] stated that they approached the suspect and he took a swing around her to strike [VICTIM #2].

[VICTIM #1] stated that a fight broke out and she stepped in between to break it up as it carried on to the outside of the establishment. [VICTIM #1] stated while the fight continued on the outside the cook [VICTIM #3] ran out to help. [VICTIM #1] stated that her left hand was injured during the fight and that she thinks it was broken. EMS was notified and arrived on scene to check [VICTIM #1]’s hand. EMS advised [VICTIM #1] to go to the hospital because he also believed that her hand was broken. [VICTIM #1] chose to get her hand wrapped by EMS and go to the hospital at at later time.

Deputies Spoke with [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #2] stated that he was a staff member of Chuck E Cheese. [VICTIM #2] stated that he was also looking for the suspect to address the concerns. [VICTIM #2] stated that he seen the suspect looking in the window waiving his finger at him. [VICTIM #2] stated that the suspect then entered inside and at that time him along with [VICTIM #1] approached the suspect. [VICTIM #2] stated that the suspect struck him in the face and they began to fight. [VICTIM #2] stated that the fight carried onto the outside in front of the entrance. [VICTIM #2] stated the suspect eventually ran off towards the Burger King. [VICTIM #2] did not report any injuries.

Deputies Spoke with [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #3] stated that he was the cook for Chuck E Cheese. [VICTIM #3] stated that he heard the altercation going on and ran outside to help. [VICTIM #3] stated that his hand was dislocated during the altercation. Deputies observed [VICTIM #3]’s left hand swollen. EMS was able to pop the dislocation back in place once they arrived on scene.

Deputies viewed CCTV and observed an unknown B/M with a white T-shirt and red shorts walk into Chuck E Cheese. The unknown B/M was then approached by [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] at the entrance. A verbal altercation appeared to insue.The B/M reached around [VICTIM #1] and stuck [VICTIM #2] in the face with a open hand. A physical altercation then ensued. [VICTIM #1] attempted to step between the B/M and [VICTIM #2]. The physical altercation continued to the outside entrance. Once physical altercation carried on to outside the fight was at an angle that was not captured by CCTV.

Deputies canvassed the area in an effort to locate the suspect. The suspect was not located.
