On October 31, 2025, I, Deputy Heyward #3053, responded to [1400 BLOCK] Charles Street in reference to a report of a person refusing to leave the premises.

Upon turning onto Charles Street, I observed a Black female dancing in the roadway wearing only panties, one sock, and no bra or shoes. I immediately requested a female deputy to respond but remained on scene.

I approached the individual, later identified as Amari Tyson, and instructed her to put on her clothes. Ms. Tyson ignored my initial commands. After several requests, she began dressing, first putting on her pants and then her bra, until she was fully clothed. Upon observation, Ms. Tyson’s clothing appeared to be soiled with urine.

Once Ms. Tyson was detained and placed in the rear of my vehicle, I proceeded to the incident location. Upon my arrival, Alexis Alexander was present and displaying belligerent and irate behavior. I began speaking with other individuals at the gathering.

I interviewed [VICTIM #1], who alleged that Ms. Alexander had spat in her face and struck her. Due to insufficient probable cause and the absence of an unbiased, definitive witness, Ms. Alexander was not charged with battery.

However, due to Ms. Alexander’s continued aggressive behavior and apparent signs of intoxication-including loud, obscene speech and rapid mood changes-she was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Both Amari Tyson and Alexis Alexander were transported safely to the Rockdale County Jail, secured with seatbelts, without further incident. Magistrate citations were issued to both subjects.
