On November 2, 2025, at approximately 10:14 PM, a I responded to the location of a vehicle accident.
Upon arrival, I made contact with all parties involved in the incident. During the investigation, it was discovered that Amir Randall had left the scene of the accident. Witnesses reported that there was a female passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Later, Mr. Randall was found with a male passenger identified as Shelby Foster.
Mr. Randall was taken into custody and cited for leaving the scene of the accident. While I was placing Mr. Randall under arrest, Mr. Foster became loud and confrontational, using language that was likely to incite violence. Mr. Foster shouted phrases such as “f*ck the police,” “f*ck me,” and “lame-a*s police,” among other offensive remarks.
Mr. Foster was subsequently arrested, issued a magistrate citation for disorderly conduct and transported to the Rockdale County Detention Center without further incident.
