On January 24, 2025, I, Deputy Clark, responded to a domestic disturbance call at [11300 BLOCK] St. James Drive, Conyers, GA 30094. Upon arrival, I observed [VICTIM #1] standing outside the residence. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that she had followed her husband, Archibald Whaley, to the address because she suspected him of having an affair with his coworker, [WITNESS #1].

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] explained that when she arrived at the apartment, she knocked on the door, and Miss [WITNESS #1] opened it. She stated that her husband then saw her and began pushing her out the door telling her to leave and go home.

Corporal Dunn and I approached the door and knocked several times before finally receiving a response from Archibald Whaley. When Mr. Whaley opened the door, he appeared visibly upset. While explaining his side of the story, he began raising his voice, causing a disturbance in the apartment hallway.

We instructed Mr. Whaley to lower his voice and refrain from engaging in a verbal altercation with his wife. Despite these instructions, Mr. Whaley continued to yell, directing his frustration at Corporal Dunn and me, refusing to calm down.

After speaking with [WITNESS #1] she stated that she did not see anything after they started arguing.

Mr. Whaley was then placed into custody. After completing our investigation, due to conflicting stories and no other evidence we were unable to take charges at this time. However, due to Mr. Whaley’s behavior, he was issued a magistrate citation for disorderly conduct and transported to the Rockdale County Jail
