On November 12, 2025, at approximately 8:11 pm, I, Deputy Stowers, responded to [200 BLOCK] ST CLAIR DR SW, in reference to a carjacking.

Upon arrival, I met with an injured [VICTIM #1], who stated that he had been attacked by apparent teens/young men, as he described wearing hoodies. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was beaten with a screwdriver, his car keys were taken, and his 2013 silver Toyota Rav4 was stolen. The incident occurred in front of building [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated that he recognized one of the suspects and that they live on the second floor of building [REDACTED].

I could not get [VICTIM #1] to elaborate on the incident because he had to be rushed to the hospital due to his injuries. [VICTIM #1] was turned over to EMS and taken to Grady Hospital. [VICTIM #1] had his left eye swollen with blood leaking from his eye.

[VICTIM #1] was provided with a case number for the incident. The incident and pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries were recorded and captured on Axon S/N: X60AA7632.
