On November 11th 2025, I, Deputy Acevedo, responded to a trespassing call at approximately 2010 hours at [100 BLOCK] Iris Glen Dr in Conyers, GA 30013.

Officer Ruiz #3128 of Mcdonough Police Department resides in Iris Glen Apartments as a courtesy officer. Officer Ruiz was tasked with trespassing a male who frequents the parking lot of the Iris Glen Apartments without residing there and without any lease paperwork attached to him.

The male, Mr. Eddreon Stanley DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1995 refused to identify himself when asked multiple times. A blue 2018 Honda Civic with a Georgia tag of [REDACTED] that Mr. Stanley frequents returned back to him and was the only way Law Enforcement could ID him.

After explaining to Mr. Stanley multiple times the reason he needs to be identified and why the property manager wants him trespassed, Mr. Stanley started to shout and become belligerent in the public parking lot.

After Mr. Stanley was handcuffed, Mr. Stanley’s mother and resident of [200 BLOCK] Iris Glen Dr in Iris Glen Apartments stated she would go find paperwork to prove residency for her son. Mr. Stanleys mom, Ms. [REDACTED] DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1969 was explained the severity of the situation and Mr. Stanley will be trespassed from the property. Mr. Stanley was taken into custody and transported to the Rockdale County Jail by Deputy McFarland #3104. A CT warning was issued to Mr. Stanley and a magistrate citation was issued for disorderly conduct.
