On 01/02/2025 I was dispatched to a call for service for a sexual assault that occurred at the location of 3500 HWY 20 SE in Conyers Ga. I was told to call the complainant to get more information about the crime that was being reported. I reached out to Rockdale County communications who connected me with a female by the name of [VICTIM #1]. I was informed by [VICTIM #1] that she left her home at 1400 hours, she informed her parents that she was leaving the home and according to [VICTIM #1] her parents and parents had an argument about her leaving. [VICTIM #1] then informed me that she left right after the argument and headed to food depot by the Police station on Salem, but with further investigation, it was determined that the location was on Honey Creek rd. [VICTIM #1] stated that she went to the Gas station on foot from her residences to get some bubble gum from the store, upon leaving the store identified as Valero on Honey Creek rd.

[VICTIM #1] advised when she paid for her item, she left the gas station, she advised that one guys was attempting to talk to her and get her number and she declined. She advised another male came out that noticed her from the past, and her called her over to where there were which wash the car wash that’s in between the Valero and Food Depot she stated she said, “what do y’all want?”. [VICTIM #1] then said that the two males said to her, “what do you owe us?”. [VICTIM #1] then asked, “what are you talking about?” [VICTIM #1] then said the pair [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she told he male no. [VICTIM #1] says that when the male left out and returned with one of his friends. [VICTIM #1] said once both males were there, they both kept insisting that she owed them, saying, “You owe us, you owe us!”. [VICTIM #1] says that she had no clue of what they were speaking about, and replied, “you must have me confused with another girl”. She then informed that it was another male whom she didn’t see his face, but he was already in the room. [VICTIM #1] then said one of the males said no and another male pushed her and dropped her items, and she said that at time another male held her down.

At that time that concluded my phone interview, and I inquired about the location of her residence, she then reiterated that she and her parents got into it, and she didn’t want them to know what happened. [VICTIM #1] informed her of birth of age, by date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/2006 which makes her 18, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is the contact information given me for [VICTIM #1]. The initial address I received was [1500 BLOCK] Windy Oaks court.

[SECTION REDACTED BY AGENCY]

I then made a call to my supervisor Lt Best and advised him of what happened, and he reached out to the on-call CID units. 10-20 minutes later Investigators Thomas and Fort arrived and took over the scene.
