On Thursday, January 1, 2026, at approximately 0209 hours, I arrived at the CITGO gas station at 990 Sigman Road regarding a disturbance. Upon my arrival, I entered the gas station and observed the store in disarray, with multiple items on the floor and a snack shelf partially disassembled.
I spoke with the store clerk, [WITNESS #1]. He explained a woman in a yellow jacket, later identified as Jasmine Bradley, was in the store causing a disturbance, knocking things over, and throwing them around. He stated he doesn’t know Bradley and has never seen her before. [WITNESS #1] advised Bradley had left the store and just wanted her to stay away. When asked about Bradley’s location, he pointed eastbound down Sigman Road.
Corporal Holland advised someone who could possibly be Bradley was located at the intersection of Sigman Road and Rocky Ridge Drive. I relocated to the intersection, spoke to the woman, and confirmed she was the one we were looking for. Upon speaking to her, she immediately turned around, placed her hands behind her back, and stated she knew she was being arrested. Bradley explained she was at a party and got into a “situation.” She stated her phone was broken, and she walked to the gas station to use theirs. Bradley was visibly intoxicated, slurring her words, and smelled of alcohol. Bradley was arrested with both hands behind her back, searched incident to arrest, and placed in the rear of my patrol unit. While further identifying Bradley through GCIC/NCIC, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Bradley admitted to knowing about the warrant. I advised the Real-Time Crime Center to confirm the warrant and transported Bradley to the Rockdale County Jail, and turned her over to jail personnel.
Bradley was arrested for disorderly conduct and the warrant [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [WITNESS #1] agreed to write a witness statement, which will be collected at a later date. The scene was photographed, and the photos will be uploaded to Axon Evidence.
