On Thursday, November 27, 2025, I Officer Archer was dispatched to a domestic incident taking place at [1600 BLOCK] Ridgeview Cir.

While enroute, I was listening to the 911 call from the victim later identified ad [VICTIM #1]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

Upon me entering Ridgeview Cir, I observed a black in color SUV with a driver side headlight out exiting from the area. I notified Conyers Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) of this as well as additional officers as I continued toward the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

Upon my arrival, I made contact with [WITNESS #1] who is the home owner as well and the suspects mother. [WITNESS #1] advised her daughter; Joanna Reczek and the daughters boyfriend; [VICTIM #1] were in an argument.

I asked [WITNESS #1] where Joanna and [VICTIM #1] were at now however, she stated she was unsure. [WITNESS #1] stated she never saw the two engaged in the argument however she did hear it. [WITNESS #1] finally mentioned she believed both subject had left in their vehicles and offered for me to come inside. Due to me being only officer on scene at the time, I elected to remain outside while speaking with [WITNESS #1].

Officer Bynes was able to stop the Black SUV which fled from the scene. This vehicle was being driver by the victim [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] along with other officers relocated back towards the original scene.

I began question [VICTIM #1] in regards of the incident. [VICTIM #1] stated he and his girlfriend Joanna live with her mother at [1600 BLOCK] Ridgeview Cir. [VICTIM #1] continued and stated he and Joanna were arguing when it turned physical.

[VICTIM #1] stated he was in the kitchen of the residence when the argument started. Joanna reportedly struck [VICTIM #1] in the face which knock off his glasses. [VICTIM #1] then retreated to the living room where the altercation continued. Joana is said to have grabbed [VICTIM #1] by his collar and slung him around. [VICTIM #1] stated as he attempted to retrieve his keys to leave, Joanna threw him to the ground and began hitting him in the head with what he referred to as “Hammer Punching”.

[VICTIM #1] advised when Joanna first hit him he called 911 and once she found out, she fled from the residence. Joanna is said to have left in her silver Nissan Altima with an unknown tag.

[VICTIM #1] was unsure which way Joanna had fled however, he mentioned multiple times of how traumatized he was from her actions that he wasted to return to his mothers residence in Cumming, GA.

When examined for injuries [VICTIM #1] was observed having a fresh mark on his right wrist and a red area behind his left ear. As I continued my investigation, I was able to enter Joanna’s information into GCIC/NCIC. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

[SECTION REDACTED BY AGENCY]

[VICTIM #1] was advised to not return to the residence as [WITNESS #1] said he was unwelcome, until notified otherwise. Warrants for Joanna’s arrest have been secured for Battery Family Violence 2nd offense.
