On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at approximately 2200 hours, I initiated a targeted operation in reference to prostitution activity occurring within Rockdale County. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I located an advertisement for a female identified as Skie Burns (Suspect #1), indicating that she was located in Conyers near [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
[SECTION REDACTED BY AGENCY]
The ad listed a contact number of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] which, upon tracing, returned as a fictitious number. The post also contained several videos and photographs of Burns in sexually explicit poses and engaging in intercourse with unknown males.
I initiated contact with Burns via text message using the number provided. I asked if she was available, to which she replied, “Yes, for how long?” I advised, “Just 15 minutes.” Burns responded, “$100, condom only.” I referenced her advertisement, which listed $80 for a “QV” (Quick Visit), typically 15 minutes in duration. Burns replied, “My QV is 10 minutes.” I stated that I was agreeable to the $100 rate, at which point Burns sent her location as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Conyers, GA. Let me know how far.”I informed her that I was approximately 25 minutes away, coming from Covington. Burns instructed me to notify her when I was about 10 minutes from arrival.
Upon arrival at the address, which was the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I made contact with the front desk clerk and showed her photographs of Burns from the advertisement. The clerk immediately recognized Burns and advised that she was currently renting two rooms, numbers [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and had checked in two days prior-consistent with the timeframe of her online postings. The clerk requested that Burns be trespassed from the property.
I proceeded to the second floor and observed that Room [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was slightly ajar. From my vantage point, I could see Burns sitting on the bed inside the room. I identified myself and asked her to confirm her name, which she did. A male subject was also present in the room. Both subjects were detained while I cleared the room to ensure no other individuals were present. The male was escorted out of the room, and I read Burns her Miranda rights. Burns stated that she understood her rights, and I began questioning her regarding the prostitution operation.
I called the number used to contact Burns, and a phone on the nightstand began ringing. Burns confirmed the phone was hers and admitted that the advertisement [REDACTED BY AGENCY] belonged to her. She stated that she had been meeting with clients on the current date and on prior dates while staying at the hotel. Burns advised she engaged in both vag*nal and oral sex with clients. She further stated that another female in Room [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was also involved in prostitution and commented, “You’re gonna have fun with that one.” I notified Officer Antoine, who subsequently made contact with and detained the female occupant of Room [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
Burns stated she was not under the control of a pimp and disclosed that she was pregnant and due to deliver at any time. While seated in the rear of a patrol unit later, Burns further advised that the services she would have provided to me included both oral and full sexual intercourse.
I then made contact with the second female in Room [REDACTED BY AGENCY] identified as Kadejdra Dubose (Suspect #2). I cleared this room to ensure no other person was present. After advising Dubose of her Miranda rights, she invoked her right to remain silent but provided her name and date of birth. A GCIC/NCIC check revealed [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
I located Dubose’s advertisement [REDACTED BY AGENCY], which matched her identity and the phone number [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
When I called the number listed in Dubose’s ad, her phone began ringing. Dubose made a spontaneous utterance, stating that it was her phone number, and further commented, “I didn’t offer an*l.” The advertisement contained multiple photos of Dubose in sexually explicit positions, as well as videos of her engaging in sexual intercourse.
Both Burns and Dubose were searched and placed in the rear of Officer Vaca’s patrol unit. At the request of both suspects, all items located in the rooms were released to the male subject on scene. Both females were trespassed from the hotel at the clerk’s request. Officer Vaca transported both Burns and Dubose to the Rockdale County Jail, where they were booked on the following charges:
- Burns: Prostitution, Keeping a Place of Prostitution, and Solicitation of Sodomy.
- Dubose: Prostitution, Keeping a Place of Prostitution, and her confirmed outstanding warrants.
Warrants for the new charges will be obtained at a later time. All photographs, videos, and digital evidence were captured and documented using Axon Capture.
