On the morning of February 19, 2025 I, Deputy M. Crisp #2159, was dispatched to [1100 BLOCK] Bethel Drive in reference to a welfare check on Ms. [VICTIM #1]. The caller was Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s sister [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] requested a missing person report if Ms. [VICTIM #1] was not located. The call notes indicated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] had not spoken to anyone since Sunday (2/16/25) evening.
When I arrived, I knocked on all doors and checked inside the residence, however I did not see anything out of place. I noticed a motorcycle in the garage bearing GA tag [REDACTED]. I ran this tag and the registered owner was mr. Lee Daffin. I had radio call Mr. Daffin and I spoke with him at length.
During my conversation I was able to establish the following timeline of events: On the morning of Monday February 17, 2025, Mr Daffin and Ms. [VICTIM #1] got into a verbal argument over her telephone. Mr. Daffin stated that she accused him of taking her telephone. Mr. Daffin stated that nothing had occurred and that the door to his room was locked and shut. He stated that he went back to sleep [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
