On May 31, 2025, at 1330 hours, I was dispatched to a domestic call at 2709 Old Covington Rd NE, Earl O’Neal Sports Complex, Conyers, GA 30013.

I met with Moises Fernando Mendez. I he was outside his vehicle. I asked if everything was all right. Mr. Mendez stated that everything was fine. I then spoke with the officers who had responded to updated.

I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1], who had been separated from her husband Mr. Mendez by responding officers. I spoke with Mrs. [VICTIM #1], who was standing close to her two children. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] claimed that nothing happened and that I had not called the police. I told her that a concerned citizen heard the noise you and your husband were arguing at the park and contacted us to the scene. I then noticed a mark on Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s cheek and hand, as well as swelling on the right side of her eyebrow.

I then told Mr. Mendez to put both hands behind his back and arrested him. I accompanied them to the patrol vehicle. I seated Mr. Mendez in the back seat of the law enforcement car, which was equipped with an Axon vehicle camera and a safety belt.

I captured images and video of Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s face, hand, and right side of her brow, which I uploaded to my Axon body camera. I given Ms. a case number to follow up on the Matter. Mr. Mendez then was transported to the Rockdale County Jail.
