On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at approximately 1425 hours, I, Officer HosenDove, was informed by Sgt. Behrend Monteco Bryant had an encounter with Ofc. Tunstall in the parking lot of ADMA Biocenters, 1820 Highway 20. She stated Bryant was soliciting in front of the business, in front of Ofc. Tunstall. Ofc. Tunstall got on her public address system and informed him it was against the law to solicit without a permit, and asked why he would do it in front of an officer. Bryant gave Ofc. Tunstall a thumbs up and began to cross the roadway to the parking lot of Chevron, 1776 Highway 138. Bryant was described as a black male with dreads, jeans, and a blue shirt.

Upon receiving the above information and driving to the location, I observed Bryant speaking to two individuals in a work truck while holding a brown box. I informed Conyers Communications of the situation and began to make my way into the parking lot of the Chevron. Upon arrival on scene, I observed Bryant speaking with Sgt. Behrend and Ofc. Rogers, appearing to be passively resisting commands and being placed at taser point by Sgt. Behrend. I exited my patrol vehicle and told Bryant, “Don’t do it, don’t do it.” While approaching him. Bryant was again ordered to drop the box and turn around and place his hands behind his back, which he eventually complied with.

Bryant was placed under arrest for solicitation and disorderly conduct; failure to obey officer commands, for continuing to solicit after being spoken to, and for failing to follow commands while being detained. He was handcuffed, double-locked, checked for fit, and searched. He was placed in the rear of patrol vehicle #142, after it was checked and cleared of weapons and contraband. Ofc. Rogers informed Bryant of his Miranda Rights, to which he invoked his 5th Amendment right. In his possession was $140 cash in his right back pocket, which was placed in his right front pocket, $305 cash, which was placed back into his wallet, a box of 4 AirPod Pros, two Bluetooth Earbuds, and approximately 10 portable chargers. All items remained in the box and were transported to the Rockdale County Jail with him, where he was booked and lodged on the abovementioned charges.
