On Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at approximately 2108 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance at The Juicy Crab, 1360 Dogwood dr. Upon my arrival I was told the woman later identified as Nianna Dandridge, had just left the location in a tan Kia Soul and going towards Dogwood Dr. I went to my patrol unit an made contact with Dandridge by activating my patrol lights in the Wal-Mart parking lot. When I approached the Kia Soul bearing a GA license plate of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Dandridge stepped out the car and informed me of the incident that happened at The Juicy Crab. Dandridge stated she was upset about her order being wrong and the worker there was very disrespectful and not to her liking but she kept the food.
I asked Dandridge to go back over to the business so we could resolve whatever issues there were. Once back at The Juicy Crab, I met with [VICTIM #1] who informed me of Dandridge and her behavior due to the order of her food being wrong, while the business tried to accommodate her and fix the order, she still was not satisfied. [VICTIM #1] stated Dandridge came inside wanting to pick up the order and due to her chicken strips being small she wanted bigger ones. They tried to find bigger chicken strips but they only had a select few but cooked those for her. [VICTIM #1] stated after Dandridge received the food, she wanted sauce and Dandridge had her nephew come inside to pick it up.
Dandridge then comes inside the business behind her nephew and questions [VICTIM #1] about being rude to her nephew. [VICTIM #1] stated she told her, I wasn’t rude, I didn’t even talk to him. Dandridge stated to [VICTIM #1] she would beat her a*s and bumped her more than once with her shoulder, saying, “I dare you”. While speaking with [VICTIM #1] a male by the name of [WITNESS #1] stated he saw Dandridge bump [VICTIM #1] with her shoulder more than once and yelling causing a scene but could not make out her words.
Dandridge was taken into custody with her handcuffs double locked and searched incident to arrest. Dandridge was seated in the rear of my patrol car then transported to The Rockdale County Jail where she was released to the custody of jail staff.
She was cited for disorderly conduct
