On November 2, 2025, at approximately 12:37 AM, I conducted a suspicious vehicle traffic stop on a silver Nissan Versa at 2910 GA Hwy 212 in Conyers, GA.
While responding to an alarm call at 1827 GA Hwy 212, I observed the vehicle with several individuals enter the parking lot, then leave the location and head north on GA Hwy 212. After clearing my alarm call, I continued patrolling the area of GA Hwy 212 North and observed the same vehicle entering the South Park Community, which is located on GA Hwy 212.
Due to a series of burglaries and auto break-ins in the area, I decided to pull over near a community close to South Park to monitor if the vehicle would leave the South Park Community. Shortly after, I observed the vehicle exiting and continuing north on GA Hwy 212.
I initiated a lawful traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who was later identified as [REDACTED]. I explained the reason for the stop to Mr. [REDACTED]. When I asked the other passengers in the vehicle for their IDs, a subject named Princess Outley became very belligerent. I advised Ms. Outley that I would explain the situation again, but she continued to escalate the situation and used profane language. Consequently, she was detained.
Ms. Outley was asked to step out of the vehicle to explain the reason for the stop. She continued to be very loud and stated, “F*ck y’all, I don’t like the police.” I did observed Ms. Outley grossly intoxicated with a strong odor of alcohol coming from her person. Again, I tried to explain to Ms. Outley my reason for the stop, but she became very loud and non-compliant.
After several attempts. Outley was informed that she was being placed under arrest and transported to the Rockdale County Detention Center. Ms. Outley was issued a Magistrate’s citation for disorderly conduct.
[End of Narrative]
