I was dispatched to a Public Drunk on October 9, 2025, located at [3900 BLOCK] Leisure Ct
Upon arrival Deputy Acevedo noticed Stefhani Aburto was laid out in front of the residence. I arrived a few minutes later and noticed Stefhani appeared drunk. I asked Stefhani for her identification and she begins to look as she fumbles all over her car looking for it. Stefhani then began to open a case which had weed that fell on the ground.
I asked Stefhani do she knew where she was, which she advised her sister’s house and gave the correct address to the residence. It appeared Stefhani drove home drunk but advised she was dropped off. The family came outside and confirmed that Stefhani is the sister and that she lives there. We advised the family to go ahead and take Stefhani inside because she was drunk and didn’t want to listen to what we were saying. The family started to grab her arm to take her inside, but Stefhani refused and yanked her arm away then continued talking recklessly.
I advised the family to please take her inside and which she refused again. Stefhani started talking recklessly to myself and other deputies including Sgt Vandelisle and Deputy Heyward who came to the scene a few minutes later. I decided to take Stefhani in for Disorderly Conduct based on how she was acting regarding overhearing Deputy Heyward saying something in the background.
Once Stefhani overheard Deputy Heyward she began to get aggressive and walked towards us while yelling. I placed Stefhani in the back of my patrol vehicle with double locked cuffs and transported her to Rockdale County Sheriff Office.
