On 02/23/2025 I (Deputy Heyward#3053) was patrolling the area of Flat Shoals Road and Salem Road. I saw two vehicles positioned in what appeared to have been a vehicle accident. I made contact with Taylor Mcleod and her [VICTIM #1]. Taylor was extremely intoxicated and unruly. I instructed Taylor to sit down on my vehicle bumper, she ignored my commands and continued to approach [VICTIM #1]. Deputy Anderson had a encounter with Taylor minutes prior to my interaction with her. Deputy Anderson mediated the verbal dispute between Taylor and [VICTIM #1]. Both parties left the parking lot of Food Depot.
When I made contact with Taylor and [VICTIM #1], Taylor’s vehicle was blocking [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle from moving. Taylor was making an overarching effort to talk with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was avoiding Taylor and stated he was just trying to go home because they had already been out celebrating Taylors mother for her 56th birthday. Taylor had trouble keeping her balance her breath was emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Taylor continued to cause a disturbance after deputies instructed Taylor to leave the area. Taylor was taken into custody on magistrate citation and charged with 66-1 disorderly conduct. Taylor was transported to Rockdale County Jail safely with seat belt on.
