On March 24, 2026 at 2143 hours. I, Sergeant Head was patrolling the area of 3420 Jackson Rd. I observed a female walking from the roadway, to the back of the trash cans of Circle K. As I parked my patrol vehicle. I walked to the back where the dumpsters are and seen the female subject with her pants down attempting to pee behind the dumpster.

I asked the female what she was doing and she stated sorry. The female subject then started walking quickly to N. McDonough Rd. I told her to stop and come here. I then walked toward the female. I made contact with the female and her breath smelled of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. I asked her why she did not just pee inside of the gas station she replied with she didn’t want to go inside.

I told the female subject she was being placed under arrest for indecent exposure. I then placed a handcuff on the female and she kept turning around. I then proceeded to get both handcuffs on her double locked and checked for proper fit. I had Deputy Bullock come do a female pat down on the subject.

The subject advised her name is Rodrigues, Angelica (h/f,/91). Ms. Rodrigues was arrested and placed into my patrol vehicle (2545). Ms. Rodrigues was turned over to detention deputies. Ms. Rodrigues will be charged with public drunk and indecent exposure. My body worn camera and in dash camera was activated while on scene.
