On 06-19-2026 at approximately 0821 hrs, I responded in a non-emergency mode to 1616 N Expressway, which is located within the City of Griffin Spalding County Georgia, to a report of a possible entering auto.
When I arrived on scene I spoke with Betty Jenkins while other officers were speaking with the caller. While speaking with Jenkins she began to yell and curse in the parking lot just a few feet from other occupied hotel rooms. warned Jenkins about her yelling and the profanity. Jenkins then began to approach 2 officers where they advised her to not approach them. I informed Jenkins as she was trying to approach me that I would place her in handcuffs if she approached me. Jenkins then approached me after being warned and she was placed in handcuffs. While in hand cuffs she began to use profane language of a sexual manner repeating multiple times” I let him flip his d*ck on my a*s”, in a very loud and boisterous manner.
At this point she was placed under arrest by placing her hands behind her back handcuffed checked for fit and double locked. Jenkins was transported to the Spalding County jail without incident, and given a city citation for discord conduct.
The vehicle that she was trying to enter was undamaged and not entered.
