On March 24, 2023 at 1945 hours. I, Deputy Head was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Springdale Dr. In non-emergeny mode. In reference to a domestic already occurred.

Upon my arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] (w/m, /58). Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised Dustin Turner (w/m, /93) had hit him in the face when he was at his vehicle. I observed a red mark on his face and pictures was taken. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Turner got into a verbal altercation with his wife [VICTIM #2] (w/f, /94).

Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised he wanted to get the children away from the altercation, so he brought them to the car. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised when he brought the children to the car Mr. Turner came out and that’s when Mr. Turner hit him in front of the children. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Turner has a conditional bond to stay away from him. Spalding dispatch confirmed the conditional bond to stay away from [VICTIM #1]. Dispatch also advised of a warrant from Fayette County (2023-01611).

I made contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #2]. She advised she had a verbal disagreement with Mr. Turner and he hit her in the face while inside the residence. I observed no mark on Mrs. [VICTIM #2]. Mrs. [VICTIM #2] advised she did not want to press charges she wanted to get help for Mr. Turner. Photos was taken of Mrs. [VICTIM #2].

I made contact with [WITNESS #1] (w/f, /56). Mrs. [WITNESS #1] advised she seen Mr. Turner hit Mrs. [VICTIM #2] and Mr. [VICTIM #1]. She advised she also was trying to leave with the children to get away from Mr. Turner. She advised Mr. Turner left the location on foot. Mrs. [VICTIM #2] and Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised the children was in the vehicle when Mr. Turner hit Mr. [VICTIM #1]. The children names is )

Myself and Deputy Baumann checked the area and seen Mr. Turner at [500 BLOCK] Jordan Hill Rd. I got out with Mr. Turner and advised him he was being placed under arrest. Both hands was placed behind his back cuffs checked for proper fit and double locked. Mr. Turner advised he was not at the residence and started to raise his voice and clinched his fists behind his back. But after being in the back of my patrol vehicle he advised he was just talking to his family and no fight had occurred.

Mr. Turner was arrested and placed into my county issued vehicle (1412). Mr. Turner was transported to Spalding County Jail. Mr. Turner was turned over to Detention Deputies. Warrants will be sought for simple battery, Elder abuse, cruelty toward child x3, and aggravated stalking.
