On 07/08/2026 at approximately 0001 hours, I, Deputy Hudson made contact with a suspicious 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe (Georgia tag [REDACTED]) that was parked at the right rear corner behind the Marathan Gas Station, 1392 Experiment St.

As I was attempting to make contact, the driver, later identified as Mr. Mr. Glover Driver (BM DOB /1939), attempted to leave the scene. When I blocked Mr. Driver from leaving using my patrol vehicle, I exited my patrol vehicle and approached the driver side door. When I made contact with Mr. Driver and the passenger Ms. Wanda Patton (WF DOB /1981), I asked Mr. Driver what they were doing at the closed Marathan Gas Station. Mr. Driver stated that he had brought Ms. Patton to the gas station so she could pick up some items. As I was speaking to Mr. Driver, I observed glitter on his person and Ms. Patton’s person.

As I continued to speak to Mr. Driver, I observed Ms. Patton constantly moving around and looking around. When I instructed Mr. Driver to exit the vehicle, I observed him adjusting his crotch area. When I asked Mr. Driver what items he was bringing Ms. Patton to get, he stated that he did not know. Mr. Driver stated that he stayed inside the vehicle while she got out. As I continued to speak to Mr. Driver, I asked if he had anything in his pockets that I needed to know about.

When I asked Mr. Driver if he had anything in his pockets, he started to sick his hands in his pockets. After I asked him multiple times to get his hands out of his pocket’s, he continued to put his hands in his pocket’s. As I conducted a pat down of Mr. driver’s person, he attempted to put his hands pack into his pocket’s. When I asked Mr. Driver if I could check inside his pocket’s, he stated yes. When I checked inside his pockets, I located two pills that were identified as Vardenafil Hydrochloride. When I asked Mr. Driver what the pills where for, he stated he took them for his sex drive and that they helped with blood flow in his pe*ise. When I asked Mr. Driver if he and Ms. Patton where having sexual relations at the Marathan Gas Station, he stated no. Mr. Driver stated that he and Ms. Patton did not have a sexual relationship.

When Ms. Patton exited the vehicle, she was adjusting her skirt. When I asked Ms. Patton what they were doing, she stated that a man named Red had dropped off some items for her. When I asked Ms. Patton if she knew Mr. Red and if that was his real name, she stated no and that she didn’t know. As I spoke with Ms. Patton, she did not want to make eye contact with me as we spoke. Ms. Patton was speaking real fast and stuttering while we spoke. Due to the nervous behaviors, I asked both Mr. Driver and Ms. Patton if I could search the vehicle and they gave consent. During my search, I observed glitter all over the passenger side and driver side seat’s. I also observed glitter on the steering wheal and driver side door. After I finished my search, I asked Ms. Patton if she was having sexual relations with Mr. Driver at the Marathan Gas Station and she stated that they only did that at his house.

After I finished speaking with both Mr. Driver and Ms. Patton, I properly placed both of them in handcuffs, double locked and checked for proper fit. Mr. Driver was then secured in the left driver side passenger seat of my patrol vehicle and Ms. Patton was secured in the right rear seat of Deputy George’s patrol vehicle. Mr. Driver and Ms. Patton were transported to the Spalding County Jail and placed into the custody of the jail staff. The vehicle was turned over to the Crown Towing.

Mr. Driver was charged with loitering (warrant number 26-EW-004092) and public indecency (warrant number 26-EW-004091). Ms. Patton was charged with loitering (warrant number 26-EW-004094) and public indecency (warrant number 26-EW-004093). The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was checked prior to and after transport.
