On 05/05/2023 I (D. Larrabee) responded to the area of Pamela Dr. and George Circle Griffin, Ga. in emergency mode in reference to shots fired and one subject shot.

Prior to my arrival we were informed that the victim ([VICTIM #1] b/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1990) was being transported to Spalding Regional Hospital by POV. Other units had contact with the transport vehicle and victim while enroute and escorted the vehicle to the ER.

As I arrived in the area I was directed by subjects in the area to the end of George Circle where it intersects with Pamela Dr. When I reached that location I located Sgt. A. Trammell who was out with a vehicle ([REDACTED]) and two subjects (Jennrecus Fonfield b/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1995 and [REDACTED] b/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1992).

I assisted Sgt. Trammell with detaining the two subjects after Sgt. Trammell located a pistol in the ditch near the vehicle. Mr. Fonfield and Mr. [REDACTED] were detained and placed into patrol units and eventually transported to Griffin P.D. Headquarters to be interviewed.

I then proceeded to [800 BLOCK] Anne St. Griffin, Ga. where I stood by with the subject ([REDACTED] b/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]1968) who had transported the victim to the hospital until CID could arrive to speak with him.

While waiting on CID a wrecker was dispatched to take Mr. [REDACTED]’s vehicle ([REDACTED]) to Griffin P.D. headquarters. I completed a Vehicle Impound Sheet for the vehicle and provided it to Sgt. Trammell.
