On November 24, 2025, at approximately 23:58 hours I, Deputy R. Carr responded in a non-emergency mode to [1900 BLOCK] Ridge St in reference a domestic that occurred at [100 BLOCK] Vineyard Ridge Dr.

Upon my arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] (B/F DOB:/1992) and I observed a laceration to her left cheek. When I asked her what happened [VICTIM #1] states that her and her ex-boyfriend Kentavious Clark (B/M DOB:/1992) was at her residence of [100 BLOCK] Vineyard Ridge Dr after they had been on a break. While at her residence Clark learned that [VICTIM #1] had started talking to another guy while they had been broken up. [VICTIM #1] stated that Clark then got up out of the bed and took her cell phone from her and said “let’s get it” which [VICTIM #1] stated she took as fighting words.

[VICTIM #1] stated that while she was still in the bed Clark hit her in the left side of her face. [VICTIM #1] stated that after she got out of the bed Clark again struck her in the face and threw her to the ground by grabbing her by the neck. [VICTIM #1] also stated that their 7-year-old daughter who was asleep in the bed was woken up by this altercation.

[VICTIM #1] stated that after being thrown on the ground Clark continued hitting her with screaming to stop. [VICTIM #1] stated she did start hitting Clark back to get him off of her. [VICTIM #1] stated that Calrk hit her in her side as well as the head and face area. I observed several marks on [VICTIM #1], 1 laceration to her left cheek, her right cheek appeared to be swollen, there was a red mark as well as some swelling behind her right ear as well as a spot on her arm where it appeared that the skin had been rubbed off.

[VICTIM #1] was able to provide me with Clark’s information as well as telling me that Clark was last seen driving a white Nissan Altima (GA Tag #[REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] also stated that Clark got and drove her to his parents’ house at [1900 BLOCK] Ridge St where he also threw her phone at her before he left in that white Nissan.

[VICTIM #1] also provided me with a phone number for Clark that we attempted to make contact and had no contact with him. [VICTIM #1] also stated that Clark stated he was going to his residence at [1300 BLOCK] Knox St. I had other deputies ride by the residence, and they did not see the car or anyone at the residence.

I obtained warrants on Kentavious Clark for:

Battery Family Violence- warrant #25-EW-006624
Cruelty to children 3rd degree- warrant #25-EW-006625
Theft by taking- warrant #25-EW-006626
Aggravated Assault stangulation- warrant #25-EW-006627

I conducted a local RMS search on both [VICTIM #1] and Clark and only Clark had a previous Domestic related incident where he is listed as involved other in Griffin Police Department case #15-004221. I also had Spalding GCIC run criminal histories on both parties.
