On May 27th 2026 Deputies G. Bickers #218 and C. Lowe were responded to [200 BLOCK] Dobbins Mill Rd in non-emergency mode in reference to a indecent exposure.
Upon arrival Deputies made contact with [VICTIM #1] (W/F /2007) who was on her drive way, she stated that she saw a woman on her property and by the time of Deputy arrival she observed the woman cross the street and go behind the house directly across from their residence.
Deputies changed locations to [200 BLOCK] Dobbins Mill Rd. Upon Further investigation Deputy Lowe observed a woman dancing on her front porch completely naked with loud music playing.
When Deputies approached the woman she had a dog on the yard who charged at the Deputies. Deputies attempted to scare the dog by arcing their tasers in the dogs direction however the dog still ran towards Deputies. Deputy Clark advised the the female who was identified as Patrica Cross (W/F/70) to put her dog up. Deputy Lowe then used his county Issued taser on the dog the dog and the dog went back towards the residence.
Upon contact Deputy Bickers questioned Patricia and she stated that she was just going out for a walk and when Deputy Bickers questioned why she was naked she stated that is was hot outside.
Deputies then had Patricia cover herself. Patricia stated she didn’t have any towels or clothing but was willing to cover herself with surrounding flags that she owned. When Patricia was covered she was then escorted to a patrol car and placed in handcuffs double locked and checked for proper fit.
Deputy H. Clark then transported her to Spalding county Detention where she was then turned over to jail staff. Deputy Bickers then Returned to the original residence to make contact with the original caller.
Deputies then made contact with [VICTIM #1] and her brother [VICTIM #2] (J/M/2010) who stated they were returning home when they observed the naked woman standing in front of their mailbox and when they pulled into their driveway the naked woman approached their car and told them to be careful because there were monsters out at this time and then told [VICTIM #2] that she would kick his a*s.
Patrica Cross (W/F /70) was arrested for indecent exposure and terroristic threats. Warrant numbers: 26-EW-003520 and 26-EW-003521
Judge A. Grubbs was the presiding judge to sign the warrants on 05/28/2026 at 0820 hours.
