On Nov 22, 2025 around the hours of 2228 I was dispatched to [900 BLOCK] W. Solomon St. Griffin Spalding County Ga., in reference to an assault. I responded in non emergency mode to this location. EMS was refused at the time of the call.
Upon arrival I made with a male who identified himself as [WITNESS #1], the uncle of the victim in the assault. When I arrived [WITNESS #1] was standing in front of the house on the side and asked me if I could come around to the back and check on his nephew. When I walked around the back of the house into the back yard there were three other males and one victim laying on the ground. The victim, [VICTIM #1] was laying on the ground throwing up. There was visible injuries to his face. [VICTIM #1] was covered in blood on his face. I could not tell where the blood was coming from. I notified dispatch to start EMS to my location.

They threw [VICTIM #1] to the ground and began kicking him all in his stomach area. [VICTIM #1] could not respond to any questions being asked to him by law enforcement or EMS.
[WITNESS #1] stated that a Black Tahoe pulled up along with other vehicle. He gave the five names of Alberto Garica, Paulino Garcia, Antonio Garcia, Anastacio Garcia and Roman Garica. All brothers.
While the five males were hitting, kicking and beating [VICTIM #1] [WITNESS #1] attempted to reach for his phone to call 911.
Alberto and Paulino both yelled at [WITNESS #1] and stated “You see this man (and pointed at [VICTIM #1]) you will be just like him” “Do not reach for your phone”
The males then left the residence.
