On June 14, 2026, I, Deputy Mann, responded in non-emergency mode to [200 BLOCK] Ameila Rd., regarding a theft.
Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] (w/f dob:/1951) who stated, someone(s) had unlawfully entered the property and taken four tires (black 15inches white rims unknown brand) which were located on the lower part of the residence in the backyard. She stated, she believes [REDACTED] (w/m dob:/1971 resident) is behind the tires being taken due to previous issues with him and the eviction that he was served earlier this week. She stated [REDACTED] and his friend(s) walk back and forth from the lower part of the property to his camper.
I spoke with [REDACTED] (w/m dob:/1971) who stated, his problems with [VICTIM #1] started when he seen Robin mistreat [VICTIM #1] on multiple occassions, and he spoke to Robin about it and they got in an verbal argument.
[WITNESS #1] (w/m dob:/1971 friend/worker) stated that he’s been helping [VICTIM #1] clean up the property and stated the tires were there two days ago. He also stated, [VICTIM #1] wanted to talk about the abuse she’s been going through with her son a Robin Beverly. [WITNESS #2] stated, Robin verbally abuses [VICTIM #1] in front of him and has went as far to putting the burn barrel from outside on her bed and leaving it there so she couldn’t have a place to sleep in her room.
I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated, she has been abused mentally and physically by Robin Beverly and was scared to report it the previous times we responded to this address for disputes and welfare checks, She stated Robin verbally abuses of her and has went as far to putting the burn barrel from outside on her bed and left it there so she couldn’t have a place to sleep in her room. She stated. Ashes from the barrel were spreaded on her bed. [VICTIM #1] also provided me with messages between her and Robin which he was disresptecful and let her know she wouldn’t enjoy being at home.
I also spoke with Robin Butler (w/m dob:/1984 son) who stated, he believes that [REDACTED] could be the one who taken the items. Robin stated, he hasn’t had any problems with [VICTIM #1] instead of verbal arguments here and there.
I also got photos of ashes that were left on the bed after the clean up.
I met with Judge Parks who signed the following warrant:

On June 18, I made contact with Robin Butler who had an active warrant which was confirmed through Spalding Dispatch. Butler was then placed in custody handcuff double lock check for fit, and placed him in the back of my patrol vehicle where he was transported to the Spalding County Detention Center. The rear of my patrol vehicle was checked before and after transportation.
