Upon arrival, Deputies activated their body-worn cameras and made contact with Sandra Evans (B/F /1979) on the front porch of her neighbors at [100 BLOCK] Woodmont Dr., where she stated that she was attacked in the face and neck by [VICTIM #1] (B/M /1950).
Sandra stated that she was in the living room of [100 BLOCK] Woodmont Dr attempting to look for her phone she lost when she observed [VICTIM #1] enter the residence and walk into his room. Sandra then attempted to open [VICTIM #1]’s room, which she discovered was locked. Sandra then used a penny to unlock the door to [VICTIM #1]’s room and requested that [VICTIM #1] call her phone so she could locate it. [VICTIM #1] then refused and instead became agitated with Sandra. Sandra claimed that he struck her face multiple times.

Upon questioning, Sandra admitted to drinking and biting [VICTIM #1].
Deputies inspected both parties. Sandra had scratches on the left and right sides of her neck. [VICTIM #1] had a cut on his neck and a bite mark on his stomach, both of which tore through skin. Photos were taken of all injuries.
