On 07/26/2026 I, Deputy Whitmer responded in Non Emergency mode to [30 BLOCK] Teamon Circle due to a dispute in progress.

I along with numerous deputies and supervisors have responded to this location to an ongoing civil matter dealing with both parties having established legal residence at the location. Sherry Mae Weaver was informed by myself the civil process and that the issue needed to go before a judge. She stated well Squatters have rights. I informed her so does the residence owner and she could not infringe on them just as well as the residence owner could not infringe on hers without court documents. Weaver slammed the door and went inside and locked the door.

I began speaking with [REDACTED]. Her address on her license is [30 BLOCK] Teamon Circle. She has shown myself documents were the property is to be probated in her name and she has personal items still inside the residence. I informed her of the civil issue and how to properly go about handling it. I informed her that she has just as much Weaver.

I was advised by dispatch that Weaver had called 911 from inside the house being belligerent with the call taker and tying up the emergency line. Dispatch advised Weaver that Deputies were on scene. Weaver continued to tie the line up. I went and made contact with Weaver who was still on the phone with dispatch. I handcuffed Weaver’s hands behind her back, I checked the cuffs for fit and double locked them. I could hear the dispatcher on the cellphone and informed her it was clear to disconnect.

Weaver was searched incident to arrest. She requested I retrieve her purse from the house. I retrieved the purse and while conducting a search located a prescription bottle with 3 Ibuprofen 800 mg inside. The pill bottle was not prescribed to Weaver but prescribed to a [REDACTED] subject.

I collected the pill bottle and placed it into evidence to be destroyed due to not being able to locate the rightful owner.

Sgt. Fuller transported Weaver to the Spalding County Jail.

I obtained a warrant for Misuse of 911 emergency calls- 26-EW-004341
