On May 6, 2026, at approximately 1449 hours, 1, Officer S Moulton responded in non-emergency mode to [300 BLOCK] N 4th Street Griffin, Spalding County Georgia in reference to an aggravated assault call.
Upon my arrival on scene, I made contact with the victim, Mr. [VICTIM #1], who stated that he owes $50.00 to a person who goes by the name “2 3”. He continued stating that at approximately 1440 hours he was sitting in a Nissan passenger car with his neighbors, with the car was parked on N 4th Street in front of his residence. While seated in the car a silver in color passenger car, possibly a Ford, stopped beside them in the street. Once stopped the driver of the silver car began saying something that Mr. [VICTIM #1] believed was directed to him, as he recognized the backseat passenger as the guy, he owes money to. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he exited the Nissan to hear what was being said.
Upon approaching the driver’s side of the silver car he heard the driver say you better have the money you owe by the next time I see you or I’m gonna burn you as the driver was holding a pistol and pointed it at Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he had already spoken to “2 3” about the money and his situation, believing they had an understanding. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that the vehicle fled the scene heading North on N 4th Street and he called 911. He described the three subjects in the car by their street names of “Shaundee”, “2 3” and “Lil boy Chris”. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he could not give a clothing description due to being scared. When asked Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he owed “2 3” the money for approximately a month.
I spoke to the neighbor who stated that he witnessed the incident, Mr. [WITNESS #1], who refused to give his date of birth. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that he heard one of the subjects tell Mr. [VICTIM #1] if you don’t pay me what you owe me I’ll burn you, and stated that he observed both the front seat passenger and the driver both with guns.
I also spoke to Mrs. [WITNESS #2], who stated that she was seated in the car with Mr. [VICTIM #1] when the other vehicle pulled up. She stated that when the vehicle pulled up someone yelled Mr. [VICTIM #1]’ name prompting Mr. [VICTIM #1] to exit the Nissan and approach the silver car. Once at the silver car she heard the backseat passenger say you better have what you owe me or next time I see you I’ll burn you.
While speaking to the victim and Witnesses members of the Criminal Investigation Division arrived on scene and began speaking to Mr. [VICTIM #1] and the Witnesses. The scene was turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division.
